The Rock believes there is life on other planets. The wrestler turned actor - real name Dwayne Johnson - stars in new kids adventure movie Race To Witch Mountain about two alien children, and speaking at the London premiere of the film he confessed that he believed in aliens and UFOs. The Rock said: "I do believe. I am a believer. I am a believer in aliens, I was a believer before the movie, I'm a believer after. I believe in ghosts, I believe in spirits - like I am that guy - so I am a believer. I haven't actually seen an alien, I have not, but maybe one day I will." His co-star Carla Gugino added: "I actually do believe in UFOs. I think it would be pretty arrogant of us to think that we're the only intelligent life form in the entire universe, so I think it's probably more probable that there are than that there aren't. But I have never had a personal experience." The film is a remake by director Andy Fickman of the 1970s film Escape To Witch Mountain. Spy Kids star Carla said: "When I was a kid I was a big fan of the original. "I feel like we really pay homage to the original and then take it to the next step for kids and for families right now. So it feels nice because it feels like a departure from it, as opposed to trying to copy it in any way." Copyright © 2009 The Press Association. All rights reserved.
